In an increasingly fast-paced and data-driven world, clear and sustainable strategies and innovation are critical for small and large firms alike. Managers and entrepreneurs must possess cutting-edge analytical skills to devise strategies for growth and performance of the firms in an innovative way. Delivered over 12 months, this programme includes a Business Project, which will allow students to apply the various concepts and theories learnt in class.

The NUS MSc in Strategy Analysis and Innovation (MSI) provides critical skills needed to effectively guide organizations in competition in world markets, where innovation is one of the keys to success. This programme brings strategy to life by equipping and empowering students to lead organizations in navigating future challenges, while positioning the organization to win in the long-term in its chosen markets. Additionally, to win in competition in global markets, increasingly strategy must incorporate elements of innovation and creativity, to have the organization dynamically positioned on the technological frontier. Ultimately, our graduates will contribute by their leadership to the growth and success of small and large organizations alike.
